Competent staff provides a very good service.

Spotless reasonably priced hotel, the stay was very nice. Stylish and great-sized units with extra bed, shower plus modern ‘ pod' style.

Very busy area.

The restaurant was clean with a decent breakfast and a lovely bar area that also served food doubling as a restaurant, I tried appetising dishes. All the staff were hard-working, competent. Its perfect, central location was 

The setting was marvellous and lovely, short walk to Crowne Plaza, the nearby amazing shopping area and the town centre. The food provided was fantastic. The staff was incredibly nice and very pleasant, so I would 

The units are contemporary, functional for a suitcase to be placed open. Offers good service and fab food.

The bathrooms are very wet.

The staff were super-friendly and incredibly nice and the location was fantastic to electric outlets.

Particularly good location for our weekend in Basingstoke. Breakfast with very nice coffee.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location short walk to public transport as a fair walk from the railway station as well as bus station/train station.

The rooms - functional, nice modern with extra bed and the bar plus decaff tea. Particularly good and perfect location, within easy walking distance of Festival Place Shopping Centre.

This hotel is well located and easy to find. It is only a short walk to the town center and railway station, making it convenient for travelers. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, making
